Police say Pasadena man killed grandson

Police say a Pasadena man shot and killed his grandson overnight after accusing the young man of stealing $60 from him.
The Houston Chronicle's Dale Lezon reports that the 26-year-old victim was shot at the man's house in the 4400 block of Foxmeadow near Allen-Genoa during an argument.

KHOU further reported:
The grandfather called Pasadena police officers to his home . . . around midnight and reported that his 26-year-old grandson had taken $60 without his permission. Police took a report and left the scene. Police returned to the home around 2 a.m., but this time for a shooting.
