Pasadena man charged in meth bust

Friendswood police arrested a Pasadena man early Wednesday who they say was found with methamphetamine in a parked vehicle.
Kevin Manion, 36, of Pasadena was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
Also arrested was Ellicia Thorson, 26, of Houston, who was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Police reported that while they were questioning Manion after seeing him in a parked vehicle in the 1300 block of Edinburg, Thorson walked up with a gift bag that contained methamphetamine, according to this Friendswood Journal article.
Manion was found in possession of the drug and two pistols, one of which had been reported stolen in Dickinson, the Journal reported.
The two suspects are being held in Friendswood jail pending transfer to the Galveston County Jail.
