Baytown to test emergency sirens

On Wednesday morning, the city of Baytown will test new chemical warning signs for an hour.
The sirens will sound repeatedly starting at 9 a.m. At 10 a.m., a one-minute steady tone will mark the all-clear signal.
Normal weekly tests consisting of a 10-second steady tone will occur at 9 a.m. every Wednesday.
