One person wounded in home invasion

One person was wounded when gunfire erupted during a home invasion in far east Harris County Tuesday night.
The shooting occurred at a house in the 4800 block of Redell, near Baytown, about 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The victim, a resident of the house whose identity has not been released, was flown by LifeFlight helicopter to Memorial Hermann-The Texas Medical Center with at least one gunshot wound. The person's condition is unknown.
Details are sketchy, but deputies said four armed men burst into the home and made demands. At some point, one of them shot one of the two residents in the home before leaving. No other injuries were reported.
Investigation is continuing.
