The San Jacinto College Central Campus science building opened in November.
"The 113,000-square-foot building is comprised of 54 percent lab space and 30 percent lecture hall and classroom space. The new building is a part of a $295 million capital improvement bond referendum approved by voters in 2008 that funds new facilities and renovations at all three San Jacinto College campuses," according to a press release from San Jacinto College.
San Jacinto College has three campuses and offers 200 degree and certificate courses to its more than 25,000 students. Two campuses are located in Houston and the third is in Pasadena.
San Jacinto College Central Campus is located at 8060 Spencer Highway, Pasadena.
