High school football: Clear Creek 33, Sterling 7
Quarterback Jarrett Hildreth of visiting Clear Creek High School threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns on Friday, Sept. 21 to lead the Wildcats to a 33-7 win over Sterling.
Bane Bilc caught passes for 125 yards and two of Hildreth's touchdown throws, while running back Kaliq Kokuma piled up 105 yards and a touchdown in the winning cause. Place kicker Mitchell Becker added three field goals.
Up next, Clear Creek (4-0) is at Clear Lake on Saturday, Sept. 29. Sterling (0-4) will play at La Porte on Friday, Sept. 28.
