La Porte football to play Clear Springs

The La Porte Bulldogs will battle the Clear Springs Chargers in football action Friday, Sept. 14.

Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m. at La Porte.

La Porte has a 2-0 record on the season. On Sept. 7, the Bulldogs beat Pasadena South Houston 55-21.

Clear Springs is 0-2 on the year. On Sept. 6, the Chargers lost to the Dobie Longhorns 14-26.

After the Friday, Sept. 14 game, La Porte next plays Clute Brazoswood on Friday, Sept. 21.

The next game for Clear Springs is against Eisenhower Thursday, Sept. 20.
