Pasadena grocery store name in slip-and-fall suit
A Harris County woman is suing over claims unsafe conditions at a Pasadena-area grocery store caused her to slip and fall. Maria Granados filed a premises liability lawsuit on Sept. 4 in Harris County District Court against Sellers Brothers. Granados says on Sept. 5, 2010, she suffered injuries when she slipped and fell while walking through Sellers Brothers, located at 2311 Strawberry Road in Pasadena. According to the brief, the accident occurred due to water from store produce misters, which made the floor slick. Granados is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Scot Dollinger. Harris County District Court Case No. 2012-50903. This is a report on a civil lawsuit filed at the Harris County Courthouse.
