Where are the lowest gas prices in Pasadena?
Gas prices in and around the Pasadena area were lower than the averages for Texas, Houston, and the country as a whole for the week of Aug. 26, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.
Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 96 gas stations in and around Pasadena, Deer Park, and La Porte. As of Saturday, Sept. 1, the average price of regular unleaded in the Pasadena area is $3.60 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.66, Houston average at $3.64, and the nationwide average at $3.80.
The average gas price in the Pasadena area last week was $3.49 per gallon.
The least expensive gas in the Pasadena area is reported to be $3.47 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at Stripes, 2817 Red Bluff Road; Power Mart, 2204 Red Bluff Road; and CITGO, 2121 Red Bluff Road.
A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.76, which was being sold at Valero, 1601 W. Fairmont Parkway.
