Texas Bridge Series 10K set for Sept. 15

Registration is now open for the Texas Bridge Series 10K run, which will take place at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15.   The race will start at Kemah Boardwalk; participants will then run over the Kemah Bridge four times and then back to the boardwalk to the finish line.   Registration costs $35 through Friday, Sept. 14, and $40 the day of the race.   Proceeds from the race will benefit The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, an organization that offers support and provides a safe place to those dealing with domestic and sexual violence.   There will be two water stops along the course, and all finishers will receive a medal.   For more information about the race, visit onetough10k.org.
