Explosion triggers lawsuit against Pasadena company
A man is suing a Pasadena company over negligence after he claims he was seriously injured during a work-related explosion.
Mario Alberto Alvarado filed a lawsuit July 19 in the Harris County District Court against Avandgard Innovative, doing business in Pasadena as Alliancepastex, citing negligence.
A former Alliancepastex employee, Alvarado says he was inspecting a blown tire on the trailer of a truck June 30, when an explosion threw him to the ground and burned his arm and leg.
Alvarado is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Heriberto Ramos.
