Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 101 gas stations in and around Pasadena, Deer Park and La Porte. As of Saturday, July 28, the average price of regular unleaded gas in the Pasadena area is $3.31 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.34, Houston average at $3.34 and the nationwide average at $3.50.

The average gas price in the Pasadena area last week was $3.29 per gallon.

The least expensive gas price in the Pasadena area is reported to be $3.17 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which a gasbuddy.com contributor logged as being available at Murphy Express, 510 Southmore Ave. near Johnson Street.

Gasbuddy.com users reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.49, which was being sold at Valero, 1806 Battleground Road near E. X. Street, and Phillips 66, 902 W. Pasadena Freeway.
