New sleep disorders clinic opens in Webster
A new clinic at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center is striving to help Webster residents get a good night’s sleep.
According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, more than 100 million Americans of all ages do not sleep well. Common sleep disorders include insomnia, snoring and sleep apnea, excessive daytime sleep, sleep paralysis, narcolepsy and the need to constantly wake and use the restroom.
The Sleep Disorders Center at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center diagnoses and treats children ages 3 and older, adolescents and adults with sleep disorders. The center employs a multidisciplinary approach with a comprehensive staff to help find a solution.
Each room is equipped with a bed, bathroom, personal phone, television, individual climate control and adjustable lighting to provide the highest level of comfort.
The Sleep Disorders Clinic is located at 500 Medical Center Blvd., in Webster.
