Clear Lake Bridge Club announces fall schedule
Fall trimester classes for the Clear Lake Bridge Club will begin the week of Aug. 20.
According to an email from the club's vice president, Claudia Parr, for the first time this trimester, two beginning bridge classes will be offered. One will take place Monday evening, and the other will be Friday afternoon.
"This fall we are including more classes for the beginners in different time slots, and we have a good selection of advanced classes," Dave Glandorf, director of education, said in a press release. "There will be more practice games for the beginners."
Club President Bob Dowlen also said in the release that education is one of the club's major goals.
The weekly classes cost $90 to $110 plus book fees, if applicable.
