Shaar Hashalom hosts vacation Torah school
Congregation Shaar Hashalom will be hosting a vacation Torah school from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 6-10 at Congregation Shaar Hashalom synagogue.
The synagogue is located at 16020 El Camino Real in Houston.
Children will go on make-believe visits to places in Israel with related activities including basic Hebrew, Israeli food and more.
The fee is $130 for congregation members and $150 for nonmembers. Discounts are available for families with more than one child.
