Pasadena Rodeo laces up for Fun Run

Pasadena residents are invited to run for a cause during this year's Pasadena Rodeo Fun Run on Aug. 25.

The 5-kilometer certified course follows Red Bluff Road, beginning and ending at the rodeo grounds. Following the race is a celebration with live music and refreshments for participants.

Awards for racers include overall male, overall female, first master male and first master female. There are also awards for the first-, second- and third-place finishers in 10 age divisions. Finisher medals will be given to all participants.

Check-in begins at 6 a.m. Aug. 25 at the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo, located at 7601 Red Bluff. The cost is $25 for participants registered by Aug. 15, or $30 on the day of the event.
