'21 Jump Street' is top DVD rental in Pasadena

"21 Jump Street" was the most-rented DVD in Pasadena for the week ending July 1, according to Redbox. Rentals from the Redbox kiosk at Kroger at 2619 Red Bluff Road were analyzed.

Starring Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, Brie Larson and Dave Franco, "21 Jump Street" was released in June.

Following "21 Jump Street" in Pasadena were "A Thousand Words" and "This Means War."

Nationally, the most-rented DVDs were, in order, "21 Jump Street," "A Thousand Words," "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows," "This Means War," "The Grey," "John Carter," "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," "Red Tails," "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" and "Project X (2011)."
