Galveston Arts Center hosts author Steven Long, artist HJ Bott

Galveston Arts Center will host a book signing with artist HJ Bott and author Steven Long from 2-4 p.m. July 7.

Bott will sign copies of "Rhythm and Rhetoric: 40 Years of the DoV Concepts."

Long will sign copies of the novel "Ruby's Passing," his latest work.

Free and open to the public, the event takes place at 2501 Market St., Galveston.

Copies of the books will be available for purchase at the event.
