Pasadena Police Department offers free youth summer program
The Pasadena Police Department, in conjunction with several community partners, is set to host a free youth summer program for ages 11-17.
The program, set for July 10-19, runs from 9 a.m.-noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Officers will give presentations and/or demonstrations on K-9, SWAT, mutual respect, anti-bullying, first aid, Internet and cellphone safety and crime scenes.
Participants will also take a behind-the-scenes tour of the police department.
