Blue Devils to host lacrosse camp at Friendswood High
The Blue Devil Elite Boys Lacrosse Camp will host a two-day camp for sixth- through 12-graders at Friendswood High School July 20-21.
Friendswood Mustang Lacross will be hosting its fifth annual Blue Devil Elite Lacrosse Camp on Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21 at Friendswood High School.
The camp will feature position training, advanced techniques and swimming breaks in the high school's natatorium. Lunch will also be provided both days.
All incoming sixth- through 12th-grade boys may attend the camp, which costs $300 per person.
"Our goal is to provide young players with a more mature insight to the game of lacrosse as well as the opportunities and values that lacrosse can provide," camp coach Dan Loftus said in a press release. "As former scholar athletes, we stress not only on-field instruction, but also the reality of being a student athlete and what it takes to be successful both on the field and in the classroom. Most of all, we stress fun and playing lacrosse for the love of the game."
Friendswood High School is located at 702 Greenbriar Ave., in Friendswood.
