Investment associate fetches Pecan Crossing 3BD

Keith Patrick Cioci acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3540 Choctaw Drive in La Porte from Alta Zola Horton on Nov. 28.

The 1,755-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Pecan Crossing subdivision. It is valued at $133,490.

Keith Cioci is an associate at Advent International, which offers private equity investments, buyouts and restructuring programs. Before that, he was an analyst at Moelis & Company, an investment banking services company.

He received an accounting degree from the University of Texas Red McCombs School of Business.

Cioci also owns a home at 3532 Choctaw Drive.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 360 home sales in La Porte during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $115,900.
