Arts editor's estate relists home in La Porte

The estate of Ann H. Holmes has relisted a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2807 Crescent Drive in La Porte for $275,000.

Holmes originally listed the home with Prudential Gary Greene Realtors for $595,000 in May 2010. It was relisted at the existing price on Nov. 2. Barbara H. Kelly of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors is the current listing agent.

The 1,700-square-foot house was built in 1906 and is valued at $408,503. It is part of the Crescent View subdivision.

Holmes was the fine arts editor and chief arts critic of the Houston Chronicle.

She died in March 2009.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 348 home sales in La Porte during the past 12 months.
