Borbala Ungvari acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9801 Robin St. in La Porte from Adrien Hope Arbiones, Adrien H. Mercado and Adrien Hope Villareal on Sept. 14.

The 1,580-square-foot house was built in 1978 in the Meadowcrest subdivision. It is valued at $111,850.

Ms. Ungvari is a procurement compliance analyst at Kellogg Brown & Root, an engineering and construction firm that caters to both government and private clients.

Ms. Ungvari also owns homes at 2930 Jackson St. in Midtown and at 7723 Dillon St. in Southeast Houston.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 339 home sales in La Porte during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $117,900.
