Clinical director gets 3BD in Pasadena
Jacqualine Cosper Truitt and David Loyd Truitt acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2013 Wayne St. in Pasadena from Edward A. Driscoll and Suzzanne Driscoll on Aug. 29.
The 1,664-square-foot house was built in 1958 in District E. It is located in the Simway Place subdivision and is valued at $86,000.
Ms. Truitt, a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist, is the founder and clinical director at Pro-Act.
She holds a B.S. in behavioral science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an M.A. in marriage and family counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,079 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months.
