Mark A. Benoit and John Kevin Yoakum acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4816 Fairdale St. in Pasadena from Benoit Yoakum Investments LLC on Feb. 22.

Mr. Benoit is a real estate agent and the owner of RE/MAX 1st Source in Pasadena.

He attended San Jacinto College.
