Demolition company owner takes Pasadena 3BD
Glen H. Blankenship and Derek A. Lechler acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3611 Newton Drive in Pasadena from 2010 Homes LLC on Feb. 23.
The 1,434-square-foot house was built in 1963 in the Bennett Estates subdivision. It is valued at $82,953.
Mr. Lechler is the owner of Saltgrass Demolition, a Seabrook-based demolition company.
He attended Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,497 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months.
