Gayle Greer Clutter transferred a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 806 E. X St. in Deer Park to Janice McPhee on Feb. 28.

The 2,071-square-foot house in the Deer Park Gardens subdivision was built in 1970.

Ms. Clutter is an independent cancer registry consultant. She has served as a program consultant at CDC's National Program for Cancer Registries in the Division of Cancer Prevention & Control.
