Construction firm administrator takes Deer Park 3BD
Gary C. Doolittle acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2002 Westwind St. in Deer Park from Keleigh and Thomas M. Warnke on Feb. 28.
The 1,471-square-foot house was built in 1983 in the Westside Manor subdivision. It is valued at $122,500.
Mr. Doolittle is a senior contract administrator at Foster Wheeler, a global engineering and construction contractor and power equipment supplier.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 382 home sales in Deer Park during the past 12 months.
