Bradley Wayne Hoover acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4603 Jamaica Lane in Pasadena from Cheryl Renee Cobb on Feb. 28.

The 1,637-square-foot property was built in 1984 in the Fairmont Estates subdivision. It is valued at $133,911.

Mr. Hoover is a senior counsel at the law firm of McGuire Woods. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on matters related to securities and the automobile industry. He was previously a partner at Hoover & Harger and also served at Mayer, Brown & Platt.

He holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.
