League City Police Report for May 7

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between May 4 and the early morning hours of May 5.

BURGLARY
May4: A man reported someone broke into his vehicle in the 2800 block of Seastrand Lane between 4 p.m. April 29 and 5:30 a.m. May 1 and stole a handgun, rifle, iPad, a pair of sunglasses and a backpack.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
May 4: A man reported two tires were slashed and two dents made in the passenger side of his vehicle in the 450 block of Constellation Boulevard between 7 p.m. Thursday and 7:15 a.m. Friday.

May 5: A man reported he believes he knows who damaged his boat and other property in the 1300 block of Coleman Boylan Drive between 3 and 8 a.m. Friday.

HIT-AND-RUN
May 4, 5:44 p.m.: A woman reported she was involved in a three vehicle accident in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway and the driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene without giving any information to the other drivers.

INTERFERING WITH CHILD CUSTODY
May 4 5:17 p.m.: A woman in the 2100 block of Island Villas Drive reported a known suspect was inferring with court-ordered visitation.

IDENTITY THEFT
May 4, 9 a.m.: A man in the 2500 block of Estrada Drive reported his Social Security number and old address was used to file a tax return without authorization.

THEFT
May 4: A man in the 2600 block of South Shore Boulevard reported he paid a supposed agent for a windstorm insurance policy between March 26 and April 26,  but the agent did not send the payment to the insurance company.

May 4: A man reported he placed a washer and drive in his front yard of his residence in the 2200 block of Castle Drive and listed them for sale. Sometime between noon and 3 p.m. Friday, the washer and drier were stolen.

May 4: A man reported an unknown person stole his black and silver semi-automatic pistol in the 1600 block of Webster Street between noon and 7:30 p.m. Friday.
