Stafford man sues over workplace accident
A Stafford man is suing after, he says, he suffered serious injuries at a construction yard in Pasadena.
Stafford resident Martin Dimas filed a lawsuit on April 23 in the Harris County District Court against Rios Transportation, citing negligence.
Dimas says on Sept. 28, 2010, he sustained serious injuries while loading scaffolding onto a truck for Rios Transportation at a facility in Pasadena. According to the brief, a driver for the company arrived and loosened the straps on truck, causing the scaffolding to fall on top of Dimas.
Dimas is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Adam Rosenfeld.
