Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.799, Houston average at $3.849, and the nationwide average at $3.895.
The average gas price in the Pasadena area last week was $3.852 per gallon.
The least expensive gas price in the Pasadena area is reported to be $3.73 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged as being available at CITGO, 1103 W. Main St. and SH-146 and Fuel Expo, 3500 Fairmont Parkway and Strawberry Road.
