Where are the lowest gas prices in Pasadena?
Gas prices in and around the Pasadena area this week were lower compared to the averages for Texas, Houston and the country as a whole, according to data from Gasbuddy.com.
Visitors to the Gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 70 gas stations in and around Pasadena, Deer Park and La Porte. As of Jan. 27, the average gas price of regular unleaded gas in the Pasadena area is $3.249 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.252, Houston average at $3.264 and the nationwide average at $3.358.
The average gas price in the Pasadena area last week was $3.210 per gallon.
The least expensive gas price in the Pasadena area is reported to be $3.11 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which a Gasbuddy.com contributor logged as being available at Murphy USA, 5204 Fairmont Parkway and Pansy Street.
A Gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.39, which was being sold at Chevron, 6150 Spencer Highway near Space Center Boulevard.
