Police arrest three suspects connected to burglary rings

An investigation into the recent uptick of residential burglaries in the areas of Strawberry and Crenshaw led to three arrests.

Pasadena police announced the arrests of Damon Kent Marshall, 29, of one crew, and brothers from Pearland, David Ray Gonzalez, 25, and Alonzo Gonzalez, 22, from another crew, in connection with 19 residential burglaries, most of them in the area south of Fairmont between Burke and Strawberry.

Police recovered jewelry, small electronics, cameras, computer components, DVDs and a game system on Dec. 18 at Marshall’s girlfriend’s home, located 1418 South Circle Park, according to a Pasadena Police Department news release.

The arrest of Marshall’s girlfriend, 39-year-old Veronica Marie Villareal, is pending.
