HS girls basketball: Brenham defeats Dobie
Brenham defeated Dobie 49-36 in girls high school basketball action on Thursday, at the Gulf Coast Classic.
The win ups Brenham to 11-6 the season.
Teaira McCowan scored 25 points to lead her team to the victory.
Brenham will next visit Montgomery on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The loss drops Dobie to 8-10 on the season.
Jazmie Guerrero put up 10 points in the loss.
Dobie will next host Memorial on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
