Harris County Institute of Forensics seeks help in notifying families of deceased
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is seeking the public’s help in locating the next of kin for recently deceased area residents.
Anyone with information regarding the following people is asked to call the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences at 713-796-6774.
Kenneth Smith, a white male age 61, passed away on Oct. 25 at Memorial Hermann Hospital Northeast in Houston. Please refer to case number ML11-3175.
And Herman Don Franklin, a black male age 69, passed away on Oct. 31 in the 2600 block of Live Oak in Houston. Please refer to case number ML11-3235.
