San Jacinto Museum announces free admission for Veterans Day
A local museum will offer free admission to veterans next week.
The San Jacinto Museum of History, in observance of Veterans Day, is offering active and retired military personnel and their guests free admittance to all of its venues, from Monday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 13, according to a museum press release.
The museum honors the Battle of San Jacinto and the Texas Revolution.
Hours of operation are from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily. The museum is located at One Monument Circle in La Porte.
