City of Pasadena halts free trash bag service
The city of Pasadena is expecting to reap up to $1 million in savings a year, having recently stopped its free trash bag service while allowing more options for packaging trash. [...] residents now have the option of using any kind of store bought plastic trash bags they want, or they can use city-issued garbage containers. The paper bags are being sold during regular business hours at the Water Billing Office at City Hall, 1211 Southmore, or at the Sanitation Department, 120 N. Pasadena Blvd.
