HS Volleyball Preview: Deer Park vs. Sterling

Deer Park visits the courts of Sterling in girls high school volleyball action on Wednesday.

The Deer are 6-2 on the season, losing all three games in a match against Clear Lake the last time out.

Haley Mueller leads the squad with an average of 5.12 kills per game.

After Wednesday's contest, Deer Park will host Brandels at the Pearland Tournament on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

The Rangers are 6-0 on the season, coming away with a 3-2 win over Oak Ridge in their last match on Friday.

Lacey Crenshaw leads the team with an average of three kills per game.

Following Wednesday's game, Sterling will host St. Agnes on Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 6:30 p.m.
