Suit centers on Pasadena lease agreement
A Pasadena company is suing a mental health services provider and a League City resident over a lease agreement.
3320 Plainview LLC of Pasadena filed a lawsuit against Harmony Mental Health Services and Pearland League City resident H. Paul Smith, alleging breach of contract.
3320 Plainview says that on July 29, 2010, it agreed to lease space, located at 3320 Plainview in Pasadena, to Harmony Mental Health Services, making specific changes to the property as requested by Harmony. According to the brief, Harmony breached the contract by refusing to take possession of the property. The total value of the lease is approximately $526,300.65, says the plaintiff.
3320 Plainview is seeking actual damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Jeffrey Davis.
