Deer Park Police Department blotter, Jan. 19
The Deer Park Police Department recently reported the following incidents:
Sergio Tavarez Jr., 25, of 1809 Allman St. in Baytown, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 on a charge of driving while license invalid. The incident is alleged to have occurred in the 700 block of East Boulevard.
Two men were arrested and charged with racing in the 7000 block of State Highway 225 on Jan. 14 at around 2:30 p.m. The alleged suspects are Jesse Nicolas Cordova, 27, of 1908 W. Blum St. in Alvin, and Damean Pompa, 35, of 3203 Dartmouth Drive in Pasadena. Police allege that Cordova drove a black 2010 Dodge Challenger while Pompa was behind the wheel of a black 1996 Chevrolet Silverado.
Jacqueline Nicole Divalentone, 27, of 2525 Allen Genoa Road in Pasadena, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Jan. 14 and charged with shoplifting, police said. Divalentone is alleged to have stolen $29.98 in hair products from the Wal-Mart in the 9000 block of Spencer Highway.
Sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 14 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 17, someone broke into Hi Tech Industrial Services located in the 1300 block of Underwood Road and stole 200 welding leads and a lock clasp, police said. The items are valued at approximately $15,000.
Police reported that on Jan. 14 around 11:10 p.m. they arrested Michael Wayne Pipes, 35, of 4602 Durant Ave., on a charge of making terroristic threats against Natasha Michelle Pipes, 27. Allegedly a knife was involved in the incident.
On Jan. 15 around 12:40 a.m., an incident of family violence was reported to police in the 1000 block of Dutch Street. Jorge Garcia, 40, and Amanda Judith Garcia, 39, both of 1018 Dutch St., were charged with assault.
Curtis Alvarez Davis, 33 was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 1700 bock of Georgia Avenue at around 4:50 a.m. on Jan. 15, police said. Davis, who lives at 318 Pin Oak Drive in Highlands, Texas, is an electrician with the City of Houston.
Police said they arrested Jarred Alexander Reyes, 22, of 1320 Byron Ave., on alleged outstanding warrants on Jan. 15 around 4 p.m.
On Jan. 15 at about 9:30 p.m., Preston Lee Brown, 18, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, police said. Brown lives at 5005 Glenvalley St. in La Porte. Also arrested was Cole Austin Gerhardt, 18, of 401 W. Pasadena Blvd., who allegedly had an outstanding Harris County warrant. Both arrests occurred in the 3600 block of Center Street.
Police report that a chain link fenced was damaged in the 1300 block of Underwood Road between 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 15 and noon on Jan. 16.
Randall Winfred Logan II, 23, was arrested on Jan. 16 on a charge of assault, police said. The alleged victim in the case was Randall Winfred Logan Sr., 46. According to police, the incident took place at around 1:14 a.m. in the 400 block of West Pasadena Boulevard. The younger Logan gave his address as 1126 Marshall St.
Officers report that they arrested Victor Hugo Zuniga-Vega of 102 Anderson St. in Pasadena on a charge of drunk driving on Jan. 16 at 3:20 a.m. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Center Street.
Police said that on Jan. 16 around 8:40 a.m., they arrested Anthony Morales Gutierrez, 29, of 7201 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena, for alleged outstanding warrants. The arrest took place at or near Gutierrez's residence.
On Jan. 16 around 4:30 p.m., police arrested Jarrod Anthony McDaniel, 19, of 3401 Tompkins Drive on a charge of assault. The incident is alleged to have occurred in the 3600 block of Center Street.
Craig Burns Honea, 17, of 7433 W. Lambuth Lane, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication around 10:40 p.m. on Jan. 16 at or near his home address.
After being called to investigate a disturbance, police arrested Ramiro Angel Villarreal, 32, of 13803 Rosetta Drive in Cypress, the police report stated. Villareal was charged with assault and possession of marijuana, with police alleging that he had 16.46 grams of the drug in a plastic bag. The arrest was made in the 2100 block of South Battleground Road around 12:50 a.m. on Jan. 17.
Police said that on Jan. 17 at around 3:20 p.m., Raymong Lee Howard Jr., 18, was charged with disregarding the stop sign at the intersection of Wisdom Drive and Glenwood Avenue. Howard lives at 1402 Taft Drive.
