Katy firm seeks to recover commission payments from Pasadena company
A procurement services company is suing to recover commission payments from companies located in Pasadena and Cy-Fair.
Great Power Inc. filed a lawsuit on Nov. 19 in the Harris County District Court against Encon Safety Products and Hagemeyer North American Marketing, doing business as Frontier Merchanting, alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff claims that for the past 12 months, the defendants have failed to make the commission payments it owes. According to the brief, Great Power has performed its duties according to the contract, but the defendants continue to withhold owed money.
Great Power Inc. is seeking actual damages, court costs and attorney's fees. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Travis Crabtree.
