Pasadena man sued for allegedly not controlling his speed
A woman is suing a Pasadena man who allegedly failed to control his speed, causing him to violently crash into her vehicle.
Sonia Gann filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 1, claiming Milton Thomas failed to drive safely when he sped and did not apply his brakes in a timely manner.
In her suit, Gann alleges she was seriously injured as a result of the car accident caused by Milton’s reckless driving.
It was the responsibility of Milton, she claims, to follow all traffic laws and operate his vehicle responsibly.
Gann is being represented by Houston attorney L. Lee Thweatt. She is seeking compensation for mental anguish, past and future suffering, past and future medical costs, and court costs.
