The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on June 29:

Alejandro Go Arellano was arrested on an alleged charge of an INS immigration violation. Arellano's address is listed as 8311 Winkler No. 107, Houston, TX 77017.

Guadalupe R. Lopez was arrested on an alleged charge of bail jumping and failure to appear. Lopez's address is listed as 3502 Burke No. 196, Pasadena, TX 77504.

An incident involving burglary was reported at 3 p.m. in the in the 12500 block of Green Drive.

At 4 p.m., a burglary was reported in the in the 300 block of Gilpin Street.

At 5 p.m., an incident involving burglary was reported in the in the 10400 block of Ambursen Street.

At 9:45 p.m., an incident involving theft was reported in the in the 8500 block of Gulf Freeway.

John Manuel Hernandez arrested on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and theft between $1,500 and $20,000

John Manuel Hernandez was arrested on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and theft between $1,500 and $20,000 on June 29, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Hernandez, a 35-year-old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 29 and is facing 3rd degree felony and state felony charges. He resides at 347 Richey #38. Read more...

Clarence William Spears was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $4,000 was set for Mr. Spears, who is listed as living at 3332 Scotch Moss in Laporte (77571). Spears was reportedly arrested on one charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams).
