Brazoria County bonds, Jan. 2

On Jan. 2, Brazoria County Sheriff reported on the following bonds:

A $5,000 bail bond was posted for Darry Gentry, 52. Gentry was confined on Jan. 1 on a charge of tamper with govern record defraud, harm. He was released on Jan. 6.

The bondsman is listed as H Town Bail Bonds, Troy McLehany, at 131 E. Cedar, Angleton.

Gentry is described as a 5-foot-9 black male. He is 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He resides at 11815 Evelyn Circle, Houston.

A $1,500 bail bond was posted for Bryson Gilmore Thurmond, 28. Thurmond was confined on Jan. 2 on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was released on Jan. 2.

The bondsman is listed as Byron Thurmond, at 4142 Meineke, Houston.

Thurmond is described as a 6-foot-2 black male. He is 162 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He resides at 2123 Kashmere Spring Lane, Fresno.

Andrew Nguyen in custody at Montgomery County Jail

At 3:17 a.m. on Jan. 2, Andrew Nguyen was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Nguyen is described as a 18-year-old white male.

The alleged charge against him is listed as possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Nguyen's address is listed as 10013 Blackhawk Blvd., Houston, Texas 77089.
