Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 29-June 4

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 29-June 4:

Benjamin Isaac Donehower, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on June 2. His defense attorney is Katherine Shipman.

Donehower was arrested on May 29 by Officer Martinez E of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 29.

Donehower is described as a 6-foot-0, 130 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 24, 1989, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 4307 McDermed, Houston.

Robert J. Mason, 49, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 25. His defense attorney is Christopher Neal Allen.

Mason was arrested on May 29 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20<$500 BY CHECK*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

On July 8, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Mason is described as a 6-foot-1, 190 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 24, 1962. His last known address is 1922 Roanwood Drive ive, Houston.

Roberto Vera Rios Jr., 27, plead No Contest to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 6. His defense attorney is Marshall Douglas Murphy.

Rios was arrested on May 29 by Officer Pullen J of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on May 29. The bond was released on Jan. 5.

On Jan. 5, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Rios is described as a 6-foot-0, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 25, 1984, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2345 Sage, Houston.

Wilmar Guillermo Bermudez, 28, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on Dec. 9. His defense attorney is Tony Duckworth.

Bermudez was arrested on June 1 by Officer Michael Chapman of the D.P.S. on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 <28G*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $1,500 bond on June 2. The bond was released on Jan. 3.

On Jan. 3, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Bermudez is described as a 5 8, 135 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 27, 1983. His last known address is 1477 Wunderlich Drive #2302, Houston.

David Charles Miller, 45, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 8. His defense attorney is Alexander Gurevich.

Miller was arrested on June 1 by Officer Steve T. Degner of the MC SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported three witness.

Randall Arthur Draeger, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 9.

Draeger was arrested on June 2 by Officer Looza of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on June 3. The bond was released on July 27.

On July 27, the defendant received a straight fine.

Draeger is described as a 6-foot-0, 200 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on June 7, 1979, in Texas. His last known address is 12838 FlagSt. aff, Houston.

Coby Clyde Cockrell, 47, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 9.

Cockrell was arrested on June 3 by Officer Wheless of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. Police reported one victim.

Manzano Javier Francisco, 40, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on June 9. His defense attorney is Grant Stevens.

Francisco was arrested on June 3 by Officer J Krpec of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Terrance Derell Norman, 26, was charged with 6701-167 speeding on Feb. 7. His defense attorney is James Beacham.

Norman was arrested on June 3 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *SPEEDING*.

Dustin Michael Ware, 29, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 9.

Ware was arrested on June 3 by Officer B Kennelly of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

On Aug. 5, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Alex Christopher Manuel Jr., 40, was charged with theft of property ($500 to $1,500) on June 16. His defense attorney is Earl L . Pryor.

La Porte Police Department arrests, May 29

Layton Hall, 17, was arrested in La Porte on charges of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1. Hall was born on May 5, 1994.

Joseph Moore, 25, was arrested in La Porte on charges of being a fugitive from justice. Moore was born on November 23, 1985.

Juan Roman was arrested on charges of assault by contact. Romanâ€™s date of birth is February 1, 1976.
