Keon Dewayne Addison was arrested on charges of sex assault child 14-17, driving without wearing a seat belt, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and violating a promise to appear on January 26, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Addison, a 27 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 26, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 7527 Gulf Freeway.
