Oscar Angel Zavala was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), parent contributing to truancy, no liability insurance (2nd) and no texas operatorattendant driver's license on December 29, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Zavala, a 37 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on December 30, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 3205 Vista Rd..
