The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on July 4:

An EMS event was reported at 7:55 a.m. at Broadway Street and Dixie Drive.

An apartment fire was reported at 6 a.m. at Park Place Boulevard and De Leon St.

An EMS event was reported at 11:53 a.m. at South Loop West and Buffalo Speedway Exit Ramp.

An EMS event was reported at 12:56 a.m. at Tolman and Theta.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:08 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Broadway Street and Airport Blvd.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:53 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Globe Street and Thurmon.
