Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 5-11

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 5-11:

Brian Michael Schauer, 35, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 9.

Schauer was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Williams of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

On Feb. 10, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Schauer is described as a 5-foot-11, 230 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on August 11, 1976, in LONG BEACH, California. His last known address is 5714 Spanish Oak, Houston.

Kay Lynn Feagin, 33, was charged with interfering with an emergency call on June 13.

Feagin was arrested on Feb. 7 by the Montgomery County Prectint 1 on charges of *INTERFER W/EMERGENCY CALL*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Feb. 7.

Feagin is described as a 5 1, 110 white with brown hair and green eyes. She was born on April 30, 1978, in TEXAS. Her last known address is 16810 Burwood Way, Houston.

Joseph Cecil Prescott, 34, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Feb. 9.

Prescott was arrested on Feb. 8 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Prescott is described as a 5-foot-5, 200 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 18, 1977, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2313 Sakwitz St., Houston.

Chau Minh Duong, 42, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 16.

Duong was arrested on Feb. 9 by Officer Schmaltz of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Feb. 9.

Duong is described as a 5-foot-4, 135 A 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 8, 1970, in VIETNAM, VN. His last known address is 1202 Sabine Brook Way, Houston.

Zynishia Shunte Fluker, 24, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Feb. 15.

Fluker was arrested on Feb. 9 by Officer Sullivan of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Feb. 10.

Fluker is described as a 5-foot-3, 170 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on September 13, 1987, in SAN ANTONIO, Texas. Her last known address is 6255 WeSt. Airport Blvd. #5a, Houston.

Bryan Wallace Frenchak, 54, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 16.

Frenchak was arrested on Feb. 10 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on Feb. 11.

Frenchak is described as a 5-foot-11, 190 white 1 with gray hair and blue eyes. He was born on May 29, 1957, in PA. His last known address is 6223 Theall Road, Houston.
